Travis Head

Travis Head, Australia’s fearless left-handed opener and handy off-spinner who hit match-winning tons in the WTC 2021–23 and ODI WC 2023 finals, strikes at 160+ in T20Is and 170+ in IPL, scored 567 runs including a century and SRH’s joint-fastest fifty (16 balls) after joining from RCB, and was retained by SRH for TATA IPL 2025 to continue his dominant opening combo with Abhishek Sharma.

Harshal Patel

Harshal Patel, the right-arm medium pacer renowned for his variations and dipping slower-ball yorkers, debuted for RCB in 2012, shone with DC (2018–20), won Purple Caps in 2021 (32 wickets) and 2024 (24 wickets) becoming only the third bowler to win it twice, and was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for INR 8 Crore for TATA IPL 2025.

Kamindu Mendis

Kamindu Mendis, a Sri Lankan all-rounder known for ambidextrous bowling and rapid batting success—including matching Don Bradman by reaching 1000 Test runs in 13 innings—was signed by Sunrisers Hyderabad for TATA IPL 2025 for INR 75 Lakh.

Harsh Dubey

Vidarbha all-rounder Harsh Dubey, a slow left-arm orthodox spinner who replaced R Smaran for Sunrisers Hyderabad in TATA IPL 2025, grabbed a Ranji Trophy record 69 wickets in the 2024/25 season to lead Vidarbha to the title.

Pat Cummins, Australia’s 500-wicket fast-bowling all-rounder and World Cup/WTC-winning captain who also smashed the fastest IPL fifty (14 balls), was retained by SRH for TATA IPL 2025 after being a INR 20.50 Cr signing in 2024.

Zeeshan Ansari

Zeeshan Ansari, a young Uttar Pradesh leg-break bowler who impressed at U19 and domestic levels, earned an INR 40 Lakh SRH deal for TATA IPL 2025 and will gain valuable experience alongside elite leggies Adam Zampa and Rahul Chahar.

Jaydev Unadkat

Jaydev Unadkat, an experienced left-arm pacer from Saurashtra and IPL veteran since 2010 with stints at KKR, RCB, DC, RPS, RR, MI, LSG, and SRH, is known for his deceptive off-cutters, starred for RPS in 2017 with 24 wickets in 12 games, earned an INR 11.5 Cr deal with RR in 2018, and now returns to SRH for TATA IPL 2025 after being bought for INR 1 Cr.
